An IoT fish tank controller.
An IoT system that feeds the fish, renews the water and collects tank data, with an ESP32 controller, a Python backend on AWS and a Flutter app.
The problem
Aquariums need regular feeding and water changes, and problems are easy to miss without monitoring.
The approach
An Arduino-programmed ESP32 drives the feeder and pumps and reports sensor readings to a Python backend on AWS. A Flutter app and a web interface in HTML and CSS show the data and control the tank.
The engineering challenge
Reliable control of physical hardware over the network, and collecting sensor data continuously.
What this represents
A working end-to-end IoT system, from microcontroller to cloud to mobile app.
